POLICIES

Cancellations

Cancellations must be done 48 hours before appointment time. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of initial service. If given less than 48 hours, deposit is forfeited and new deposit is required to book again.

Refunds

If you have concers with any service you received, please contact me within 24 hours. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED. If you have an allergic reaction, removal will be offered free of charge to you.

No call/No shows

I reserve the right to charge a fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the initial service. Communication goes a long way!

Booking

My booking site will require a card to hold your appointment. It's in place a cancellation/no show fee is necessary.

Time

Lash services can range from 2-4 hours. I will take the alloted time needed to do your lashes the proper way. Being rushed may result in retention issues.

Fills

Fills are recommended to be booked within 2-3 weeks. Fills also require 50% of your lashes to still be on. Anything past 21 days is automatically considered a full set.
